Tamreen

Open Source Workout generator depending on your video games and your preferences

Project brief

What this project does

Tamreen is an open source workout manager that motivates you to do your workouts depending on your video games and your preferences.
You can create your own plan with different exercises and different difficulty levels, then you increment the set of the workout depending on the your stats from the video game you're playing.
You can use it for many other stuff, not only video games, then you can do the workouts and finish them.

Case study

The challenge

Sticking to a workout is easier when it's tied to something you already enjoy every day, rather than a fixed list of exercises.

What we built

We built a workout manager where you create plans and difficulty levels, and link extra rounds to your progress in games or any activity you choose.

The outcome

Tamreen turns habits or gaming into a workout routine you can customize and self-host.
